Highly Recommend Sean Walsh and Team

I had an unusual DUI case in CdA in 2020, and Sean Walsh represented me. He is an excellent listener, so understood the unusual nature of the case. I sat with him while we did a court "appearance" via telephone. Sean suggested going the route of a withheld judgement, and the prosecutor went along.... Sean is excellent in working with the legal system, and I am certain has a good reputation within it. He explained options clearly. Everything went well in complying with the court demands, and I assumed it was all over by late 2021. However, Washington State DOL finally learned of it, and wanted to impose a suspension, ignition interlock and 3 years of expensive insurance in early April of 2024 - to go into effect May 4. I contacted Jessica of Sean's team, and she worked quickly to file an affidavit of compliance with the Idaho court, and then quickly passed on the filed action removing the guilty plea. Washington DOL gave me an administrative hearing via telephone on April 24, and agreed to wait a few days before acting to allow Idaho Licensing to produce a "negate" order based on the court action. This all fell into place on May 3. I would have faced a number of "not fun" penalties on May 4 if Sean's team, the court, and Idaho licensing had not been helpful and quick acting. I highly recommend Sean Walsh.

Sean knows what he's doing, I will never have a different lawyer represent me, he presents himself very professionally, he knows how to use his mouth piece, he know his stuff best lawyer in North Idaho hands down.....

Sean predicted the exact outcome of my case simply based upon the few facts I'd provided to him over the phone. When I'd asked his opinion regarding another attorney I was considering hiring, Sean spoke extremely highly of that attorney. He didn't try to use the opportunity for his own selfish gai...n like many would have done. Instead, he spoke exactly what he believed. When I'd contacted him close to two years later, for when that same case was about to go to trial, as I needed a second opinion, he didn't charge me when he could have. And he again spoke extremely highly of the attorney I'd hired. Attorney Walsh will stand by you, direct you and defend you.. Always with a strong knowledge and understanding of the law.

Sean Walsh made it possible for my daughter and I to escape a bad and dysfunctional relationship where I was first looked upon as the offender, when in fact Sean knew I was manipulated and found out the innocents of my case, where truly I was the victim. He made it possible for me to create a better... life and find a real family unit. That my child deserves. Not only did he save me from the inevitable of domestic abuse, he also saved my little girl from such exposure. Attorney Walsh will fight for you, and guide you safely through understanding the law.
