Custody and being an Alcoholic Mom on the Road to Recovery

Shelley was immediately compassionate, non judgmental, direct in a loving safe manner. She was easily able to relate and made sure I felt supported as I’ve navigated my divorce and custody issues alone without support. I needed to know if I had been taken advantage of through my divorce process whi...le I was in the throes of alcoholism. We talked about what was good and a gift I was given for now and talked about what we can talk about down the road in my recovery and as I am granted more and more custody until I am 50/50 with my ex husband!

Best lawyer I could have asked for!!

Shelley was amazing in our case to terminate biological fathers rights and allow adoption by my husband. She was quick to respond, never left us in the dark and showed so much empathy and consideration towards my family. We couldn't have done it without her! Smart, compassionate, and always made herself available

I am from the tri-state area and had a special need for council in Boise. After many phone calls I was sent to Shelley. She called me first thing the following business day and by our consult had come up with a well thought out plan to execute my needs.
