Kim Jay Trout

Was referred to Trout to handle a very simple order to show cause. Fee churning in my opinion with two attorneys doing the work of one. Should have been a bill for no more than $10,000 in my opinion and I received a bill for $21,000 for a very basic order to show cause. When I questioned them about ...the large bill, they agreed to discount 10% but $19,000 is still about double what this should have cost in my opinion.
