We were suing a construction company for non payment of invoices in the millions. It was a long complicated, strategy propelled case and at each stage Mr Trout was the main strategist and leader of our team. There were many elements to the case including fraudulent expenses, co-mingling of funds,... false testimony and high level drama in the courtroom. There were 52 separate issues on which the jury had to declare and in each case it was settled in our favour. Without Trout this could have been a disaster but as it turned out it was an overwhelming success.

Kim has not only been a fine attorney, but one that is extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his work.
