Great Attorney!
Tom Dominick represented me in my divorce. It was a difficult time for me and he listened and guided me through the process. His fees were very reasonable and I received a great result. I would definitely hire Tom again and would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Tom did a great job for my wife and I insetting up our will to align with our Catholic faith reagrding end-of-life decisions. Since I am older than my wife, I wanted to make sure that my estate and end-of life choices were spelled out so there would be no room for confusion or second-guessing. Tom was very attentive to discussing these delicate matters and we are so relieved to have this legal necessity professionally handled!

Outstanding!!! That is our families opinion of a fine attorney, Tom Dominck!!! He is thorough in his approach and in his investigation. Because of Tom's abilities as an attorney he convinced the jury that his client was "Not Guilty"! We are extremely grateful that Tom Dominick was our family members attorney.

Awesome Service
A family member was facing a felony charge with a life sentence. Needless to say this was a very scary and nerve racking time for our family. Mr. Dominick walked us through the entire process--from bonding out of jail to the final sentencing. The felony conviction was reduced to a misdemeanor charge. He was very patient and his wisdom helped guide us through the legal process. He approached the case in a very wise and thorough manner and because of his experience he was able reassure us that the steps we needed to take would be ones that would help the outcome.

Best representation in the area by far
I have worked with Mr. Dominick on several occasions. He represented my husband in his DUI and consulted with us on other legal matters. Not only does he have a superior knowledge of the legal system compared with other lawyers I've talked to, but he treated us with respect and kindness. He made me feel comfortable and confident through out the entire process. Not once was I feeling like my voice wasn't heard, or that my endless questions were annoying. He made sure to explain everything clearly, and helped resolve things as timely as the courts would allow. We would've ended up spending more time and money due to not being able to be seen in front of a judge the day we were scheduled to, but didn't have to because he went and figured everything out for us. I would highly recommend him!

Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend using Dominick Law Offices. My case, while simple, was to me a mountain of complex rules, regulations, deadlines and unfamiliar legal processes. Mr. Dominick took the time to listen, educate and support all of my questions making me feel confident about the direction and action to be taken. I was well represented and respected. It is rare to find a person who can be professional, assertive and knowledgeable at the same time with an open communication style that does not make you uncomfortable. A real person that will work "with" you and "for" you.

Scammer RIP off
I retained Tom and he did absolutely nothing for me I did all the leg work including getting affidavits and notary services and even filing my own motions When I asked what he was doing for my money he immediately withdrew as council with l lost my kids by default and 3yrs later still am fight to get them back

We always strive to provide the best possible legal service to all clients. In this matter, an ex parte order was issued. I prepared and filed several affidavits to set aside the ex parte order. However, we had serious communication problems with the reviewer. Therefore, we had no choice but to withdraw. We withdrew in May of 2015. The reviewer wasn't defaulted until July of 2015. Just as we did in this case, we provide our clients with detailed billings and refund any unused retainer. We represented the client for only 3 weeks due to serious communications problems.
