Bobbi specializes in employment law, advising businesses on all phases of human resources and employment law, including policies & practices, prevention of discrimination, wage & hour. Bobbi is certified as a SPHR and SHRM-SCP which means she understands human resource systems and training, and how to help employers prevent claims from reaching litigation. She is co-author of the nationally published book, Investigating Harassment and Discrimination Claims. She does internal investigations.
I have a unique blend of experience both as a practicing lawyer for 35 years, as well as time spent serving as a Human Resources Director for a large entity, and an adjunct professor for a university MBA program. I am also a published author in my field of expertise. This makes me uniquely qualified to assist attorneys, organizations, human resource departments, and small businesses as an external investigator for workplace misconduct, as well as the ability to serve as an expert witness as to the quality of internal investigations and the viability of the employer response to harassment and discrimination. I can also conduct respectful workplace training, or train internal investigators on best practices. I do not represent individuals in employment related litigation or claims.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
