EDUCATION
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Idaho and his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota. He also studied abroad at the Universitet i Oslo, in Oslo, Norway.

Ryan is a member of the Idaho State Bar. In 2013, Ryan was appointed by the Governor to serve as Commissioner to the Star Fire Protection District and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board. He has been an adjunct faculty member for the College of Western Idaho, teaching in both the business and Criminal Justice Departments. In 2013, Ryan has received awards from the Idaho State Bar and the Red Cross for stopping a teenage client who attempted to jump from the Courthouse, prior to a scheduled hearing.
