Ashley Marelius supported our family as we updated our court issued parenting plan and custody agreement. We couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She listens well, she's knowledgeable in the field, and she was quick to respond all throughout the process. Most of all, she got us across the goal l...ine. I would recommend Ashley for family law issues. I hadn’t had to deal with custody things through an attorney for 12+ years but knew she was on my side and would stick up for me to get done what was fair for everyone. Often times people get stuck with what they need and not what’s best for their kids,... I can say that we came up with something that we will try for my young one and if things don’t work after some time then we will revisit the drawing board. Hopefully not with attorneys but if I ever need one, I’ll be calling Ashley to know I’m in good hands. Through out the entire process she was great at communicating via email. I did see someone’s review that mentioned not talking on the phone etc. from my perspective I would prefer email too so I can look back at a conversation and there’s no chance for confusion. Ashley is EXCELLENT to work with. She is knowledgeable, personable, kind, and compassionate. She really takes the time to get to know you and invest herself in your case. She is incredibly professional, experienced, and does not back down when it comes to representing you and making sure that ever...ything is handled fairly and just. Divorce is one of the hardest things to ever have to walk through but Ashley's grace and kindness made all of the difference in the world - she genuinely cared about my well being during the entire process and it showed.
