First off, I am a narcissist. I came to Ashley with a plan – blame everything on my soon-to-be ex, take no responsibility, and emerge victorious. Unfortunately for me, Ashley was far too professional to play along. Ashley flat-out refused to entertain any “creative” ideas about hiding assets or co...nveniently misplacing bank statements. Apparently, she believes in doing things by the book. If you’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what you want to hear – Ashley is not your person. But if you want someone who will calmly steer you toward what you actually need, I begrudgingly admit she’s the best choice. She also responds way too quickly to emails. I had hoped for at least 48 hours of panic before getting a reply, but Ashley usually replied the same day, sometimes within hours. Honestly, it’s exhausting being that prepared and communicative. To make matters worse, she doesn’t just listen to you vent – she interrupts with solutions. She insisted we focus on resolving the case fairly and efficiently instead of turning it into the three-ring circus I envisioned. I guess professionalism is her thing. In short, if you’re looking for someone to fight dirty, keep looking. But if you’re after an attorney who is ethical, responsive, and fiercely competent, Ashley is your best (and maybe most frustrating) choice. 5/5 Stars – Consider yourself warned.
