Ashley Rachelle Marelius

Ms. Marelius was my attorney for the past several years in a case that went on for a long time. She is very prompt in getting back any time I had questions and very good at making sure she talked me off the ledge when I felt like things were going sideways. Takes a well rounded person and lawyer to b...e able to understand the client as a human and not just another case. She is compassionate and understands the real life struggle that is family law because of her experience with clients and working alongside veteran partners. I feel the staff at the courthouse (clerks, judges, etc) respect her because she shows respect on behalf of her clients in the courtroom. She is thoughtful in her plan of action and is a pleasant person to work with as well. Breen, Ball & Marelius is lucky to have her as an asset.

I did not even know this resource existed and it was exactly what I needed. Originally, I anticipated having to take more drastic measures and instead they were completely alleviated with her recommendation. I was impressed with her availability and fast responses to all of my questions and concerns. I knew what to expect due to her ability to communicate the process effectively and I felt her fees were fair and transparent from the beginning. She was encouraging and understanding which made this process much more manageable. Everyone knows how scary family law cases can be. Our children’s lives are literally on the line and I can’t think of any situation more important or terrifying.
