After the birth of our first child we knew that we needed to have a will in place. However, the thought of writing a will was so overwhelming we put it off for years.When our second child was born this year and I knew we couldn’t put it off any longer. I wasn’t sure where to start so I searched Googl...e for local estate lawyers and found Justin. His website was clear and didn’t bombard me with a bunch of “lawyer talk” that I didn’t understand, which gave me confidence that we could, in fact, get a will in place without too much hassle. Meeting Justin in person was just as much of a pleasant experience. His demeanor is much the same as his website - clear and straightforward. He provided us with worksheets before our initial meeting that prompted my husband and I discuss what we wanted for our children and our belongings should anything happen to us. During our meeting Justin reviewed the information we had written on the worksheets, provided some explanations and suggestions, all while explaining everything in simple terms that we could understand. After the meeting Justin drafted our documents and emailed them to me so I could review them as time permitted, which was a big plus considering my hectic schedule. When questions arose, Justin was just an email away. Once our documents were finalized and signed, Justin continued to provide valuable insight into estate planning by recommending several financial advisers and provided several documents including an inventory sheet for our belongings. I would recommend Justin to anyone who is hesitant to start the estate planning process. He made it quick and painless. Additionally, his new parent package made it affordable. Thanks for the help Justin! I feel much better knowing my children will be taken care of in the event we can’t be there for them.

After THINKING about a Will for many years we finally decided to get one done. My husband and I have a 19 year old and a 10 year old and after watching people around us pass with no Will in place we decided it was time. We did not want people fighting over our daughter or our estate. We were referr...ed to Jeppesen Law. We called Justin and made an appointment. He made everything so easy. The initial appointment was very informative. A LOT of information and a bit over whelming, thinking about death is just terrible. However with that said Justin took the time to answer ALL of our many questions and made sure that we understood every little detail. Within a week he had our Will finished and ready to be signed. It was amazing how easy he made everything. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we had to do some followup with our Insurance company's and banks he was there to answer our questions and make sure all our paperwork was correct. Justin was great to work with. He is excellent about communication and explains the process very well. Wills and Trusts can be confusing so getting a very detailed explanation so we could fully understand the terms of all the agreements was much appreciated. We went through Justin Jeppesen because we wanted to create a plan for our family (children) with someone we felt comfortable with.
