After my husband and I had our two kids, we realized we needed to create a will since we wanted to ensure our kids were taken care of and ended up with the people we wanted to have raise them should something happen to us. I googled wills and researched different law offices before I found Justin. I ...was impressed first with his website; the information provided there is clear, understandable to a lay person, and includes the important stuff, namely a clear price (and a reasonable one at that with the New Parents Package)! It was remarkably easy to schedule time with him, and he immediately provided us a little prework to do before the meeting, which set clear expectations for what we were going to discuss and accomplish during that meeting. The initial meeting was informative. Justin is easy to talk to and a clear communicator who is willing to answer all of the questions, so we left with a firm understanding of the options we had in front of us and the next steps to get there. Once we provided Justin our decisions, he quickly drew up the paperwork, which we could review via email, and then we came in to sign it all after we completed our review and agreed it was finalized. Prior to the signing, Justin provided even more information for a couple additional decisions we needed to consider prior to coming in, so we were never caught off-guard, nor did we feel like we were making uninformed choices. During the signing, Justin clearly and concisely summed up what we were signing for and ensured we truly understood the decisions we were making, but that we could also make changes in the future at any time. Then, we walked away with all the documents signed, organized in a high-quality binder, with clear instructions on what to do with each section going forward. Every step of the way, I felt confident that I understood my choices and the necessary decisions. Justin was professional and knowledgeable, but also caring and patient. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Although Wills and Trusts can be very confusing and difficult, Justin made the whole process very informative and easy to understand. He was informative, prompt, and very polite. And his rates are very reasonable. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone ...considering a Will, Trust or other family legal matter.

We loved working with Justin to set up our wills. While setting up a will isn't necessarily a task that one typically "looks forward to," he made it as enjoyable as possible. He's affable, knowledgeable, and was very patient with us when we sometimes took a while (okay, weeks) to get back to him ...with additional information or feedback.
