Exceptional

Last year, we found ourselves in a very unfortunate dispute over language in a lease we signed with a property manager and tenants. The conflict brought me to my knees...it was one of the hardest things I have ever experienced (and I have known real pain). And we could not find an attorney to help us.... When we called Mark Sullivan and explained the situation he agreed to help us. Over the next few months he provided exceptional counsel, and we ultimately prevailed. He was always available to us, and knew exactly when to push the other side, and when to give them time. Mark's professionalism, knowledge, wisdom and expertise helped us tremendously, and I am forever grateful.

Recommended wholeheartedly & without reservation

The case Mark handled for me and my husband was a breach of contract, fraud and racketeering case involving multiple plaintiffs against a modular homebuilder that had closed up shop, leaving us all with partially-completed but fully-paid-for homes. Mark's representation of us included a hearing in C...heyenne in which we were seeking a preliminary injunction freezing the defendants' assets which were in danger of being liquidated. Ultimately, thanks to Mark's expert advice, we elected to have him guide our case through mediation, and we successfully avoided going to court. Without Mark's tireless efforts, his impeccable professionalism, and--perhaps most importantly--his vision in bringing racketeering charges to bear in the case, our outcome would likely have been very different. We remain profoundly grateful for Mark's comprehensive evaluation of our complaint, his faith in the strength of our case, and the herculean effort he exerted on our behalf. We recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.

An Attorney who cares

As a member of a team to find a new Attorney to represent our Not for Profit organization, I was pleased to bring Mark Sullivan's name to the table. We did engage Mark's services and for the past 6 years he has proven his value over and over. His diverse knowledge and expertise continues to provide ...us with superior guidance through the complex process of negotiating with Lenders, Title companies, member disputes and contracts. It is Mark's "tough but kind" demeanor that has kept a calm perspective in even the most uncomfortable and challenging situations. His timely responsiveness, absolutely fair billing, and integrity have confirmed our decision in choosing Mark for all of our legal needs and has inspired us to unequivocally recommend him to members of the general public.

"I have known Mark for over 16 years and I can say unequivocally that he is one of the most naturally gifted lawyers I have ever known. His ability to craft legal arguments and understand complex legal issues is remarkable and make him a formidable adversary in and out of court. He is also a consummate professional and widely respected. Although these qualities alone would make him a good lawyer, Mark also is a committed and passionate advocate for his clients and a genuinely decent guy to boot. Accordingly, I recommend and endorse Mark without reservation."

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
