Biography
My primary practice in in the arena of corprate litigation/non judicial dispute resolution, business organizations, and real estate. Additionally, I practice in the areas of HOA governance and related disputes, corporate governance and securities disputes, first party property insurance claims including "bad faith" litigation, and general corporate defense. When a client's business is engaged in a dispute, we make the client aware of the true cost of the justice system - in time, money and management focus. We provide experienced dispute resolution services, including arbitration, mediation and litigation in the federal Court and in the State Court's of Colorado, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
