I am a hard working blue collar, single parent in need of legal help. Tom came highly recommended, after my first consultation I never felt the need to consider any other representation. Do your self a favor and schedule a sit down about your case with the Silverman Law Firm. Traveling from Denver on a short golf vacation to play some of the mountain courses. I got pulled over in Garfield County on I-70 entering Glenwood Canyon for speeding where it drops from 75 to 50 in a sho...rt distance, (ie: Fishing Hole). Admitting to having 3 beers earlier while enjoying my golf get away, and was arrested on DWAI and got to know the inside of the Garfield County jail a lot better then I wanted. Etc Etc, you all know the story, there are many that have one much like mine! Long story short after my release i immediately got on my phone and started researching local lawyers. Sure enough the best law firm in town is right across the street from the court house (go figure). As soon as I entered Silverman Law offices, I started feeling better about my situation. Pam at the front desk took care of me from start to finish, and got me in to talk to one of their JR. Associates that day to discuss my case and my options. Quickly worked out a payment plan that was more then reasonable and more then fair. Then a few weeks later Mr. Silverman personally took over my case. After getting to spend an hour with him, you know you got a heavy weight contender fighting on your behalf. Silverman Law Offices is exactly what you would hope for in a law firm. Professional, personal, busy, and on top of their game. Toms personal office is made for TV with Law books, case files, and computer dictation going on all while eating his lunch :-).. He is truly a Law nerd, he has lived it and breathed it for so long that he simply understands the game better than his opponents (think Payton Manning). If this sounds like an advertisement, more than a review, it should! I owe these people my life and am forever indebted. Oh!! and about my case, without going into personal history and details, lets just say Tom hit a home run!! But i got the feeling it was nothing new for him.. Tom was my very close friend's attorney for a drug case, in which it was an illegal search by law enforcement. Mr. Silverman had received a plee offer from the DA for a maxium sentence of 2 years, which for the charges, was actually a great deal already. However, once Mr. Silverman spoke with me abo...ut what had actually happened in comparasson to what the police were stating, he fought for my friend and would not accept even such a great offer. Knowing that the court system does not take favor to anyone trying to prove that the police were wrong and did not act fairly, he still was able to prove that that was actually what had happened. He would not take no for an answer and was able to accomplish things I thought would be impossible in this case. He knows the laws like the back of his hand. My friend's case was completely dissmissed! This sounds like such a cliche, but justice truly was served. We , as civilians, have rights, and Mr. Silverman would not allow our rights to be dishonored. He is amazing and I would not recommend anyone else to fight for your rights. He is extremely intelligent to the laws and will not settle for anything less than success in your case.

First of all, Tom is a great guy. He is easy to talk to, and also exceptionally smart. (And no he’s not paying me to write this, nor am I his personal friend) I was arrested because a neighbor said I attacked her in my driveway while I was doing yard work. Though she actually came after me as there... had been a long history of issues between us, and I simply let her know that she had made a bad decision by dropping her on the road, all in an effort to get her off me. Then came the restraining order, then my wife and I filled a restraining order against her, Amy for my wife and our children. Crazy Amy was driving aggressively around the cul de sac when the kids were out playing and riding their bikes; and she also made a point of harassing my 1st grade daughter at school as Amy is also a part time something in the school lunchroom. So yes, it was a mess. On the first court date Tom Sliverman got the assault charges tossed out. Huge relief as that was the criminal side of things. Then Tom went to work on the civil side of things, being the restraining order; and last week, after we dropped our restraining order against Amy, as we moved across the country to get away from her, Tom convinced the judge to toss the one she had against me, and he did. So what started out as a big mess, ended in Tom clearing everything up and my winning in all respects. Not only do I like Tom, I have tremendous respect for the way he handles himself; and actually the way he handled me, as I wanted to crush this woman, though he kept bringing me back to a sensible place. That saved me a huge amount of money, and very importantly, Tom won everything for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough; and believe it or not, he is not really that expensive.

What can i not say about this man Thomas he was great to me and his office staff was just super nice was going through some financial struggles but they helped me in being able to obtain a lawyer in which i found Thomas Silverman I am so grateful for what they have provided me Thomas put his 110% int...o my case as he does with all his cases he works his butt off definitley earns his money if not for Thomas i would be spending time in classes with ridiculous fines and have a DUI on my record due to his hard work and dedication case got dismissed it was a hard fought battle but Thomas and I held tough and mad the right decisions in which case won our case I cannot describe how grateful i am to this law office you guys are the best I have gave the number to everyone i know in case they need a lawyer
