I hired Tom Silverman to assist in a temporary restraining order issue. A magistrate had granted a TRO against me based on an affidavit containing many lies, after I confronted a neighbor who had been stealing irrigation water from my wife and I. After lying in his affidavit and lying in another he...aring, Tom was able to get my accuser to admit that he'd lied twice under oath. Once exposed as a liar, the restraining order was not made permanent, and the DA is now investigating the person for felony perjury. This outcome was spectacular and made possible by Tom's excellent cross examination techniques. I will be forever grateful to Tom and his staff for their assistance during this time, and for showing the judge what I knew all along-I'd not done the things I was accused of. Tom is an incredible attorney, but more importantly he's a kind person who really cared about me, and saw the injustice I was experiencing.
