Thomas Duncan Silverman

First off I was very distraught when I came into his office because of the night in jail and what my life had turned to at this point. As I explained my situation, he explained the reality of it and assured me that he could work things out for me. I left his office feeling very positive about my c...ase and also calm. He believed me about what i told him and assured me that I was going to be taken care of. I was told by his secretary (Pam) to be patient and Tom knows what he is doing. I have also heard how good Tom is from everyone in the valley that I talked to about my situation. They also said that I couldn't do better than Tom. He was recommended by all others I talked to before hiring him. If you like someone who can put a twist on your situation and explain it to you, then Tom should be your lawyer. By the way, he got the Domestic violence Charge dropped. I really didn't do what i was accused of doing. He and I worked together and within 3 months I won, or Tom won the case for me. I was prepared to go to court with a trial, because Tom was confident he could obtain justice. He saved me a fortune because we didn't have to go to court. He saved my reputation also. He really cares for you personally and will get the job done. Always tell the truth.

Tom Silverman represented me on a criminal matter recently. I have to say he did a stupendous job! He had quite a bit of baggage to deal with as I was on probation at the time I got new criminal charges. Tom Silverman has to be one of the most caring attorneys I have ever met. I got pulled over in Garfield County on I-70 entering Glenwood Canyon for speeding where it drops from 75 to 50 in a sho...rt distance, (ie: Fishing Hole). Oh!! and about my case, without going into personal history and details, lets just say Tom hit a home run!! But i got the feeling it was nothing new for him..
