First of all, Tom is a great guy. He is easy to talk to, and also exceptionally smart. (And no he’s not paying me to write this, nor am I his personal friend) I was arrested because a neighbor said I attacked her in my driveway while I was doing yard work. Though she actually came after me as there... had been a long history of issues between us, and I simply let her know that she had made a bad decision by dropping her on the road, all in an effort to get her off me. Then came the restraining order, then my wife and I filled a restraining order against her, Amy for my wife and our children. Crazy Amy was driving aggressively around the cul de sac when the kids were out playing and riding their bikes; and she also made a point of harassing my 1st grade daughter at school as Amy is also a part time something in the school lunchroom. So yes, it was a mess. On the first court date Tom Sliverman got the assault charges tossed out. Huge relief as that was the criminal side of things. Then Tom went to work on the civil side of things, being the restraining order; and last week, after we dropped our restraining order against Amy, as we moved across the country to get away from her, Tom convinced the judge to toss the one she had against me, and he did. So what started out as a big mess, ended in Tom clearing everything up and my winning in all respects. Not only do I like Tom, I have tremendous respect for the way he handles himself; and actually the way he handled me, as I wanted to crush this woman, though he kept bringing me back to a sensible place. That saved me a huge amount of money, and very importantly, Tom won everything for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough; and believe it or not, he is not really that expensive.
