Fantastic lawyer. Mark was extremely helpful and realistic from the start when it came to my case. He didn’t give me false hope or negative opinions. He kept it real and honest and clearly showed me what was achievable and what wasn’t. He wasn’t on my side or my coparent’s side. He was on the side of... what is truly in the best interest of our child and that is what matters most. His rates were very affordable and reasonable and I definitely feel like I got the best value with him. Mark handled all the paperwork and created a very detailed parenting plan. He made me feel comfortable and at ease going into mediation during a very difficult case. After mediation he even told me to email him if any more issues came up and he would be happy to point me in the right direction. In short Mark helped me as a father who never had fair chance secure 50/50 joint custody and I will be forever grateful. He is so good that my wife also retained him for a future case.

I highly recommend paying a little more to work with an actual law firm that has the capacity to give your case the attention it deserves. Mark is a nice person, but extremely hard to get ahold of. One time I emailed him during my case and didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I ended up worse off than befor...e I filed my motion and I did all of the paperwork myself. You are paying thousands of dollars to try to put your children in a better situation, find someone that cares enough to actually put in the time and do the work. I still don't even have clarity on my new order and Mark doesn't even do appeals. I wish I knew all of this before hiring him, so I hope this helps someone else. I would do anything to go back and find a way to pay the extra money for a more conventional and professional law firm.

Same experience as the other one star reviewer. Marc Bosworth came in promising he would work and he was competent enough to get the job done. I had to constantly repeat the issues at hand and the only feedback I got was from the billing department. My paperwork was all screwed up and my new lawyer w...as unable to get it corrected in court. This caused permanent loss of assets such as my house and retirement. I have no idea how people like this can still work the practice after so much indifference and greed.

In the beginning, my husband and I absolutely loved him! He made promises that were exactly what we wanted. However, he did not follow through. I would constantly have to repeat information I’ve already told him in order for him to get more money. We were at the very end of our case, and he decided... to bail with no notice, leaving us hanging and completely screwed. We now have to pay for 2 separate lawyers because of this douche. Thankfully our new lawyers have pointed out everything he DID NOT DO and are already on it. But the (probably more than) $20K we spent on Mark went down the drain. Find someone else!!
