Lawyer got retainer for $3,000 and said they would represent us and then three weeks later told us that they could not represent us due to their poor job. They then offered a portion of the retainer and not the full. They then recommended another lawyer for $4000. The firm verbally excited us for rep...resenting a case and then pulled what appears to be a bait and switch. Highly incompetent and thievery.

Going through a divorce is never easy and most often is painful. This is especially true if the divorce is contested. My divorce drug on for 18 months during which I did not have an attorney. She continues to advise me how to make sure my ex follows the agreement mandated by the court...with this paperwork and her support I feel like I have a team behind me.
