Timothy P. Connors

Tim Connors is an attorney licensed to practice in Colorado, the District of Columbia and California. Tim’s practice areas include trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, probate and estate planning. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1988 and received a Commission in the United States Coast Guard after completing Officer Candidate School in 1989. After several shore and at-sea tours of duty, Tim earned acceptance into the Coast Guard Legal Program graduating from the University of San Diego with a Juris Doctor in June of 2001. Tim retired from the Coast Guard as a Captain after 26 years of service in 2015 wrapping up his military career as Chief Counsel for the North American Aerospace Defense Command & the United States Northern Command right here in Colorado Springs.

Prior to joining Forbush Legal, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice with a firm located in Colorado Springs where he focused on wills, trusts, estates and family law and also worked in the banking and financial services sector managing estate administration and providing specialized wealth services.

After traveling for years with the military, Tim and his wife Denise are excited to settle down here in Colorado Springs along with their three daughters, Analena (12), Eliza (11) and Helena Jane (8). Tim volunteers extensively in the local community serving as Board Member/Treasurer for Nursing and Therapy Services of Colorado, Legal Advisor/Board Member for the Colorado Spring Amateur Hockey Association and as President of the Air Force Academy Youth Hockey Association. The Connors family enjoys all that Colorado has to offer including skiing, skating, tent-camping, hiking and fishing.
