Julia Catherine Paris

Julia is an attorney licensed in Colorado and Illinois. Her practice areas include estate planning and trust administration. Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics (with a focus on Business and Accounting) from Colorado College in 1998 and her Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2001. Following law school, she worked for the national office of the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries Division, Estate and Gift Tax Branch in Washington, D.C. After getting married and returning to Chicago, Julia practiced law in the Trusts and Estates and Tax-Exempt Organizations groups of a national firm. Since returning to Colorado Springs to raise her family, Julia has practiced locally in the areas of estate planning, business planning and tax-exempt/non-profit organizations, and served for several years in a legal compliance role with the University of Colorado. Julia is a Colorado native, and graduated from Palmer High School in 1995. She is an active patron of the arts, and volunteers with several local organizations while raising her four children, Nick, Lily, Keira and Charlotte.
