I highly recommend !

I may be a couple years late writing this but I felt like Ray did a great job helping me out. I lived several states away and was dealing with a ex spouse who was trying to alienate me from my daughter. Ray worked things out where I got to spend a lot of time with my daughter that has led to 3-4 year...s of success so far. There’s was some things that he understood better than I could in my early 20’s & I realized he really set me up for gradual success with my daughter as long as I put in the effort. It’s been years later now and I’ve gradually have been getting more and more time with my daughter. I have a beautiful relationship with my daughter today and I now get my daughter even living across the county for a month after every two months with her mother. I get my daughter 33.3 percent of the time now living across the country. It’s given me a father in family court a solid fighting chance to have full custody in the future if the cards fall right & if it’s ever needed to be pushed in favor for one day. More importantly I have a strong relationship with my daughter today & I believe it’s thanks to Ray in a lot of ways. I would of been unfairly alienated without a doubt if it wasn’t for Ray. I strongly recommend Ray because I believe he has a great understanding and knew what my fight might be long term & he made it all a simple process for me even tho I lived states away. When we went to court I felt like he attempted to fight for everything I asked him to and put in effort doing so. Being a man in family court your at a unfair disadvantage naturally lets be honest. But I felt like Ray went in there and fought for me and we won in a lot of ways when he came up to bat that day. There will be pros and cons to any lawyer that you like more and less about. If I just had to find a con for review purposes I guess it would be that there could be more of a personal touch at times on some topics. But you have to remember we don’t pay lawyers to make us feel better we pay them to get results. All I can do is share how he represented me and he gave a young man in a hard spot a fighting chance. I have a GREAT relationship with my daughter today because of it. She is a daddy’s girl & will tell you herself. That’s thanks to the work Ray did for me. I highly recommend if your searching for a lawyer talk to Ray. I know he will fight for what you want and ultimately win you the the best realistic scenario out of the situation. I don’t know if Ray will ever see this one day but I appreciate him. If I ever find myself in a situation again in Colorado there’s no doubt about it he’s the guy I’m calling!!

Horrible Lawyer

Before temporary orders hearing, Ray made a lot of “promises” of aggression. Once the temporary hearing came up after that he was constant on nickel and dimming me. Making threats that I owed him up front thousands of dollars without discussing where it all came from or giving me ahead notice. Afte...r TO he also then started to communicate with OC and volunteered information that was NOT discussed with me as well as adding information in the TO that judge did not say that sided with OC.

Did a Great Job!

Ray did an excellent job representing me in my custody case involving my two children. He and his staff were genuinely interested in my case, they were responsive in a timely manner, and the attorney was well-prepared in court. We ended up with a good result and I will use his services again in the... future should the need arise. I could not have done it on my own and I appreciate the excellent service he provides!

Treated my case in a "Cookie Cutter" fashion

Ray made a lot of "promises" to be aggressive with my case concerning my son's mother and her parental alienation. Instead his paralegal and he attempted to send me to "classes" (For the children) that I had already attended in the past. When I called them on it, I was sent an email "gas-lighting" me... and telling me that I was out of bounds. Then he proceeded to tell me that I should "reevaluate" whether or not I would like them "helping" me. I then told him that he was fired and that I didn't want him representing me any longer. He then responded that it would take "30 days" in order to "exit as [my] lawyer", told me that he wouldn't be coming to my mediation and that I should get another lawyer if I "wanted the process to go faster". He then changed my mediation date, without conferring with me, because my son's mother said it conflicted with her schedule, even though the new date conflicted with mine. Sad excuse for an attorney.

Ray always had my back!

Mr Chamberlain made dealing with my daughters Father so much easier! He had a zero tolerance level whenever her dad tried to make trouble! Ray was always available quickly when problems arose. I can only hope I can find an attorney as caring and aggressive as he was now that we’ve moved to Texas!
