Awesome lawyer

Bridgette is an absolutely amazing attorney. She has represented me on several occasions and has always done a great job. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of such services. Bridgette has approached every one of my cases with precision and professionalism. She balanc...es the need to be stern and flexible when in negotiations and knows her way in the court room. Her knowledge of Colorado Family Law is impressive to say the least! Her rates are very fair and she does not create a lot of excess issues within a case to run up costs. Ashlyn is an amazing paralegal who is extremely helpful and competent. She is very articulate and performs her job well. She responds back quickly when questions need to be answered or information needs to be relayed. She is an excellent resource for both attorney and clients. Kaczmarek law firm provides the exact type of representation you want and deserve from a family law attorney! Bridgette and Ashlyn provide the perfect balance of a personalized and professional services for their clients. Both ladies are excellent at what they do and work really well together. I have always felt well represented and confident by using this law firm!

Amazing Family Attorney and Father's Right Advocate

Bridgette took my case over the phone. She was my 3rd attorney and of the 3 she provided what I believe to be the most transparent, realistic strategy for what would become a 7+ year battle with one of the most crazy making contentious attorneys in the pikes peak regain in a court room governed by on...e of the most “legislates from the bench” judges ever on the books for Elpaso county. Bridgette helped level set expectations on how family court really works vs what we have learned through urban understanding and TV. Bridgette does not just say she is an advocate of a father’s rights, she practices it. There was no shortage of emotion in my case, but Bridgette was able to manage me as her client and kept me focused on the end state. We did not win every battle, but my children did win the war and that would not have been possible without Bridgette’s level of expert understanding of the state statutes along with the lunatic dynamics of the family courtroom where the judge alone is the jury and executioner. Bridgette was timely in responses to motions and court appearances. She executed motions with the precision of a surgical tool. Bridgette was always available to address concerns and strategies. I never once felt that that my needs or concerns were beneath her. Bridgette’s moral compass along with her high standard of ethics was refreshing in today’s world of money hungry attorneys. Her billing was always more than fair and always accurate. As a matter of fact, you get more than you pay for with Bridgette which is rare in family law.

Choose someone else

This attorney is non-responsive. When she does file paperwork it is incorrect which actually gives the opposing side the leg up. Communications she had on my behalf were filled with incorrect information, again making it worse for me. She definitely did not review the case history. I would receive an...swers from her and research them with other attorneys – she had given me wrong information. She routinely played games with the other side that AGAIN worked out in their favor. I feel like I got a dollar bin attorney. I am not sure if it is because she only started practicing here a few years ago and then I find out she routinely represents fathers in cases who have been accused of abuse. Not the lawyer for me – shouldn’t be for you either.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND CORRUPT

Bridgette was fighting a child custody case for me. She brought action against my ex for violating the parenting agreement. However, when it came to trial, she "forgot" evidence to submit and stood in the courtroom like a limp noodle not fighting for me at all. In fact, she let my ex lie on the st...and and knowing that, never called her out. I was also going to be on military duties which Bridgette had known about for over 6 months. She waited too long and delayed in getting trial dates that the trial ended up occurring while I was gone. I had to appear by phone and was unable to do any trial prep with her. She blamed it on me. She caused me to lose the motion against my ex, thus incurring the ex's attorney's fees. I told Bridgette because it was her fault, she should pay. She refused. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this attorney. She has no backbone, no common sense and "forgets" evidence about your case. The only thing she seems to remember is getting her money.

I could discuss the details of this case and why I object to the statements contained herein, but ironically, this client and I discussed this situation at length, after this posting, but before I saw it. We came to an understanding about the hearing and reached an agreement on future representation. I continued in representation, had an additional hearing in which everything was resolved with parenting time and the client and I parted on very good terms. No harm, no foul and no hard feelings.
