I have been practicing law for over 8 years. I started in Louisiana where I practiced in many areas, to include family law. My family moved to Colorado in the summer of 2007 after trying to give New Orleans a chance to rebound from Katrina. While we miss New Orleans, we loved the climate and people in Colorado.
I practice family law exclusively. I want to help people and, especially, children of divorce. Divorce is never easy for anyone and the children are caught in the middle, all too often. I work for the best interest of my clients but always remind the parties to keep their focus on the children. I will fight for you and your family and do what is best for the children of divorce.
I am accessible for my client - providing an emergency contact number for nights and weekends. I am prompt in communications, returning emails and phone calls within 24 business hours (if not an emergency).
I love spending time with my own family. My son and I read Harry Potter together every night. I enjoy that time with my son - when we get to spend an hour plus, just the two of us. I know how important this time is to me, which is why I fight for all of my clients to spend that type of time with their own children.

Amazing Family Attorney and Father's Right Advocate
Bridgette took my case over the phone. She was my 3rd attorney and of the 3 she provided what I believe to be the most transparent, realistic strategy for what would become a 7+ year battle with one of the most crazy making contentious attorneys in the pikes peak regain in a court room governed by on...

Choose someone else
This attorney is non-responsive. When she does file paperwork it is incorrect which actually gives the opposing side the leg up. Communications she had on my behalf were filled with incorrect information, again making it worse for me. She definitely did not review the case history. I would receive an...

Worthless attorney
I hired Bridgette almost a year ago in June. She has done nothing for my case and it's annoying. She dragged her butt for this whole time and now the other party seems to have a good lawyer and case. I'm going to look for a new attorney if it goes to trial.
I know who wrote this and I clearly recall the case. This client dropped off the face of the earth and we could not reach her to ensure she did what needed to be done on the case. When we finally got a hold of her, she yelled at us for not doing anything when we could not get a hold of her for 9 months. We tried phone calls, emails, letters, everything. We need clients to stay in contact with us in order to make sure everything gets done that needs to get done. I tell clients this when they hire me - that having an attorney does not mean you can sit back and do nothing. We still need the clients to help us to move their cases forward. I could not do her financial affidavit for her. I could not compete the forms necessary to get the expert appointed. I could not make the appointment for her with the child's therapist. She needed to do these things and she refused and then blamed us. I had threatened to withdraw from the case because of her noncompliance and she fired us instead. I was not upset about being let go from representation as trying to represent a party who refuses to do work on their own case is incredibly frustrating.
