UNPROFESSIONAL AND CORRUPT

Bridgette was fighting a child custody case for me. She brought action against my ex for violating the parenting agreement. However, when it came to trial, she "forgot" evidence to submit and stood in the courtroom like a limp noodle not fighting for me at all. In fact, she let my ex lie on the st...and and knowing that, never called her out. I was also going to be on military duties which Bridgette had known about for over 6 months. She waited too long and delayed in getting trial dates that the trial ended up occurring while I was gone. I had to appear by phone and was unable to do any trial prep with her. She blamed it on me. She caused me to lose the motion against my ex, thus incurring the ex's attorney's fees. I told Bridgette because it was her fault, she should pay. She refused. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this attorney. She has no backbone, no common sense and "forgets" evidence about your case. The only thing she seems to remember is getting her money.

I could discuss the details of this case and why I object to the statements contained herein, but ironically, this client and I discussed this situation at length, after this posting, but before I saw it. We came to an understanding about the hearing and reached an agreement on future representation. I continued in representation, had an additional hearing in which everything was resolved with parenting time and the client and I parted on very good terms. No harm, no foul and no hard feelings.

Worthless attorney

I hired Bridgette almost a year ago in June. She has done nothing for my case and it's annoying. She dragged her butt for this whole time and now the other party seems to have a good lawyer and case. I'm going to look for a new attorney if it goes to trial.

I know who wrote this and I clearly recall the case. This client dropped off the face of the earth and we could not reach her to ensure she did what needed to be done on the case. When we finally got a hold of her, she yelled at us for not doing anything when we could not get a hold of her for 9 months. We tried phone calls, emails, letters, everything. We need clients to stay in contact with us in order to make sure everything gets done that needs to get done. I tell clients this when they hire me - that having an attorney does not mean you can sit back and do nothing. We still need the clients to help us to move their cases forward. I could not do her financial affidavit for her. I could not compete the forms necessary to get the expert appointed. I could not make the appointment for her with the child's therapist. She needed to do these things and she refused and then blamed us. I had threatened to withdraw from the case because of her noncompliance and she fired us instead. I was not upset about being let go from representation as trying to represent a party who refuses to do work on their own case is incredibly frustrating.

Experienced, professional, responsive and resolved to bringing closure

Bridgette has been a rock for me during a very difficult and very challenging child custody case that has required a lot of attention with therapists, court and others involved. She has kept me on track and reminding me things will not stay the same. She has taken great care in my case and continues ...to keep me aware of any action that may need to take place and keeping me informed every step of the way. If only there were more attorneys like her that truly care for their clients like she does. Thank you Bridgette for all the enduring hard work you and Your team have done for my family.

Grateful for choosing Bridgette

Thank you Bridgette. You took my case by telephone, and we never met in person. But that did not stop you from being attentive, helpful, and caring. I appreciate your candor and directness, while still giving me hope. You listened to my side, believed in me, and fought for me sight unseen. You also ...explained the law as we went along and what was needed up front very well. I highly recommend Bridgette for Restraining order, Separation/Divorce, Custody, and Fathers Rights problems in a courtroom setting.

Simply Outstanding

Bridgette is one of the best attorney's in town. She provided excellent guidance and counsel in my son's parenting time case. She was instrumental in helping my son and the baby's mother come to a compromise that worked for everyone. I would highly recommend Bridgette to any father that is trying ...to stay involved in their children(s) lives.
