Carolyn took my case on with very little notice and preparation time. She worked tirelessly into the evening and came in early in order to be prepared. She was able to see through trickery the other side was playing, she was able to see exactly pertinent facts that needed to be exposed, and cut thro...ugh all minor pettiness. I was awarded more than I ever expected based on a previous attorney's opinion. Carolyn was far superior to opposing counsel. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. In addition, she was considerate of my feelings through a very difficult and heartbreaking time.

Ms. Kelly has helped me navigate the laws, hearings and bureaucracy. From filing, through motions and mediation to agreements ...and orders - the results have been, without fail, exactly what I expected and very fair to both parties. She has practiced in Colorado Springs for a long time, is very knowledgeable, has a great understanding of judge's expectations and is highly effective. There are many cheaper lawyers and only a few more expensive ones. For my experience, Ms. Kelly's services are invaluable.

I signed a flat fee agreement with Carolyn about one year ago. After requesting a refund for the case she did not complete, (there were two) I received an itemized bill for over 20k. Carolyn is a very knowledgeable attorney and she did an exceptional job in handling a difficult opponent, however, she... is very contentious even with her client and would often not let us know of an appt. until the day before. I agree with another review I read in regard to her collecting payments. With the financial aspect of her business she loses all credibility. She would call or have someone else call me like a bill collector before my payment was even due. She is very difficult to talk to about money. This bill for 21k is an outrage and discredits any recommendation I could make for her. Unfortunately, she is a good attorney who is untrustworthy with fee agreements and costs.
