I used Carolyn for legal standing in a grandparent visitation issue, and she was outstanding. It was very difficult as the other party was only represented at the beginning. I originally gave Carolyn a 1 star review based on numerous factors. One of the factors was regarding health insurance changes following divorce. She did find that my company was incorrect and was able to get money back to me, which I appreciated. I do not think she was the correct personality fit... for me, but it has been 2 years and everything is water under the bridge at this point. The remainder of my review is unchanged, but I do want to clarify that she was not at fault in the insurance status change and do work to get this solved for me.

My son was accused of a serious crime that he did not commit. He received the notice on a Thursday afternoon and was told to appear in court on the following Monday. I searched online to find a local attorney who specialized in the area of law that would address the complaint and gave several to my... son to contact. Most did not respond or indicated that they were not interested. Carolyn recognized the seriousness of the situation, responded immediately and represented my son in court that Monday. She stayed with him throughout the legal process, bringing in additional professionals as needed. It was a great comfort to have someone who could allay our fears and anxiety. She was able to have the complaint dismissed with prejudice, which was the best possible outcome. We would definitely use her services again and recommend her highly.
