Outstanding Family Attorney

I hired Milena a couple years ago going through a divorce and could not have been happier with my experience. Milena has an outstanding ability to balance helping identify positions of strength and being honest with expectations. She has extensive experience in her field and knows what to expect out of each step in the process and has does an outstanding job of communicating that. She's wonderful!

I came to her to legalize a parenting plan and child support. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of what I was wanting and walked me through and helped me the entire way. She is a very wonderful person as well to work with. Would recommend her to anyone seeking family law legal council as well as go to her for any follow-up advise or servicing in the future!

Absolutely Recommended

Milena is amazing - as an attorney and as a person. In the most difficult and volatile time in my life, she provided guidance and fought for me and my minor son. I was scared and felt unequipped for what I was up against. I followed her advice and she was with me step by step always encouraging but also realistic and did prepare me for any possible outcome.

Custody help

Milena L. Rodionov was an awesome at her job and made me feel very comfortable being I live in Wyoming and handling the case from Colorado for me. I asked for a no BS and a bad ass lawyer and that is what i got. I could get custody of my child with her help. In another case I was trying to get my daughters pets and could get one of them from my ex-wife which made my daughter extremely happy. I would hire Milena again for my case. Great lawyer, breath of fresh air

After having several different lawyers Milena was exactly what we needed to get through a difficult child custody case. She was very responsive and listened to the goals we had. Her ability to get things done and brilliant strategies were exactly what we needed.
