Biography
Mr. Wilson’s practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration. He offers creative solutions, strategies and advice regarding wills and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other estate planning tools. He provides guidance to trustees, personal representative, holders of powers of attorney and other fiduciaries. Mr. Wilson also assists with end of life planning, real estate, elder law and business matters.
In addition to providing legal services to the mountain community, he enjoys being an active member and volunteer within the local community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chairs the Foothills Young Professionals group. Mr. Wilson is also an active member of Blue Spruce Kiwanis and volunteers at numerous community events, charities, causes, and non-profits.
Prior to joining Sells Law Firm, Mr. Wilson gained experience in both large and medium-sized law firms. His previous experience included complex legal work for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including client work in the United States and Europe. When not in the office, he enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, golfing and climbing
