Biography
I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. My practice is concentrated on representing disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration. I have participated in several hundred disability hearings before judges in multiple Ohio ODAR locations located in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Lima, as well as the ODAR locations in Indianapolis, IN and Charleston, WV. I also regularly practice before the Appeals Council, preparing lengthy arguments in opposition to unfavorable disability decisions issued by administrative law judges.
