The lawyer I will always recommend!

Zach was my wife, oldest son and my lawyer for are automotive accident not once but twice. He was an outstanding lawyer, he made sure that all our medical bills, physical therapy were taken care of. He has never charged us for a phone call, text or email. Has always gotten us the most money possible.... Always respond to our questions with in 24 to 48 hours. He is honest and loyal and walks us thru the entire process answering questions and concerns about our cases. At the same time he always looks out for our best interests and making sure we are all ok and ask how we are feeling and even goes out of his way to even send us emails telling us happy birthday. I was referred to Zachary McFarland from a family member and I will continue to recommend him to others. I have personally went to zach in need of help for other legal issues and he has always referred and recommended the highest professional's that care and are not out to just make a pay check but to make sure we would be taken care of in the most professional manner. Zach always makes sure that we either get a rental vehicle in the time being or we get reimbursed for it as well. If I ever get into another automotive accident I will always continue services with Zachary McFarland. Zach has never been the type of person that is just looking for his next paycheck, he has always cared about his clients, and will continue to. He also negotiates, making sure we keep the most money possible in our pockets. My family and I our most definitely appreciative of Zachary McFarland for being our honest and loyal and hardworking lawyer. Thank you Zach.

Awesome.

Actually was recommended by another lawyer in Fort Collins to take a look at The McFarland Family firm. Worked both with Zach and Tom. After conflict with my previous lawyer, I was revealed to have them by my side. They explained the process with the insurance company and kept in contact with me the ...whole way through. They were both friendly and genuine.

Zach is a great lawyer and a wonderful person you can trust with your case

Zach is thorough, knowledgeable, and committed to the best interest of his clients. He pushed me when I needed to be pushed, asked insightful questions ensuring I understood what choices I wanted to make as things proceeded, and he provided me the legal understanding to make informed decisions.
