Separation

The separation/divorce process is a terrible thing to go thru. I am glad I hired Mr. Wollard as my legal representation. He brought a calm professionalism to my proceeding that made me feel like my needs and best interest were being well taken care of and met. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

Quit Claim Deed

I had the pleasure of having Eric and Krista handle my quit claim deed. He was very aggressive in dealing with my ex-wife's attorney, as well as my ex-wife, which I particularly liked, and made sure I got the resolution I needed, within the deadline date that was required by my bank to complete a loan modification. His fees were very reasonable, and I feel confident in acquiring his services in the future.

Superb representation in a divorce case.

Superb and meticulous representation of me in a contentious divorce case. one which ended reasonably but successfully for me. Eric proved to be far more knowledgable, organized, and dedicated than the opposing attorney. I doubt you can find more competent representation than Eric and his 303law.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Eric was awesome! I am 26 and filed for bankruptcy due to medical expenses. I have heard horror stories about filing chapter 7 but Eric made the process quick, easy and painless. I called and he gave me some basic information about filing a bankruptcy and then we met for a brief consultation. My meeting with creditors followed shortly and then we were done. He even checked up on me to make sure I got the pre-filing and post filing classes done on time and would not have to redo the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great at the office, even better in the courtroom!

Eric helped me with my initial divorce paperwork and procedures. He was meticulous and made sure I understood all the details regarding the parenting plan, child support, etc. He has always kept me apprised of any developments. Eric's expertise and "deskside" manner definitely contributed to my overall satisfaction; but, it was his performance in the courtroom that impressed me the most. His unflappable demeanor really set the tone and kept both the opposing attorney and his client from grandstanding. Eric convinced the judge that their demands were mostly without merit, which led to a positive outcome for me and my child. I would highly recommend Eric for any family law issue.

Exceeded my expectations during my divorce. Candid and friendly. Very careful about costs.

Eric represented me during my divorce. He's smart, knowledgeable, diligent and responsive. Interestingly, during the divorce process, I noticed that the other JeffCo lawyers with which he'd come in contact demonstrated a high degree of respect for Eric. I think that says a lot about his experience in the community. I plan to hire Eric again for things like estate planning.

Great lawyer and ever greater guy!

I was very disappointed.

As a mediator, I felt Eric was strongly biased toward my spouse. He was sometimes rude and there were questions I had asked that never got answered. Even when I asked again. Our mediation was never completed and we had to iron out the last few details on our own which was extremely unpleasant and I would not have thought we would need to do. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the process.

Privacy rules prohibit addressing the specifics of individual cases, however I would encourage anyone considering mediation to fully research whether the process is right for him/her. Mediation is a neutral process where the mediator does not advocate for or against either party and is strictly prohibited for giving legal advice to either party.
