Alan's law practice includes cases involving litigation-personal injury, criminal defense, family law, civil/commercial/contractual, bankruptcy, and probate-drafting of estate documents, wills and trusts and business formation and consultation
Alan has been a licensed Colorado attorney since 1980. He received a J. D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law (1980) and a B.S.B.A. degree (Finance), University of Denver (1976).
Alan is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
