Biography
William (“Will”) Godsman was born and raised in western Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan, receiving a bachelors and masters degree in industrial engineering. His graduate studies emphasized human factors and safety engineering.
He attended law school at the University of Denver, graduating in 1981. After graduation Will worked at a prominent civil litigation law firm for fifteen years, where he became a named partner.
In 1997 Will opened his own practice, in part, to be better able to control the number and types of cases to pursue. By doing so, he is able to provide hands on work on all the cases he accepts.
For over 20 years Will has been the editor of the Tort and Insurance Law Column of The Colorado Lawyer, which is the professional monthly publication of the Colorado Bar Association.
When you retain Will, he is the attorney who will be working on your case. It will not be assigned to a junior associate. Will’s practice focuses on personal injury claims, such as motor vehicle, slip and fall, and skiing accidents, and medical malpractice claims.
