the right choice

Heidi was tremendously helpful in resolving my complicated and drawn out custody battle. She was very professional, honest, personable, and was timely with information\recommendations about my case. I particularly appreciated her candor, her willingness to use the available technology to support ...my case (google mail, drive, etc.) and being available night and day. Her rates were also very reasonable and affordable.

The best laywer I could have ever hired!!!

My ex husband and I hired Atty. Noll to handle our divorce and things could not have gone any smoother and better then they did. She did everything in a very timely manner as well as stayed in constant contact with both of us by e-mail and phone. Any time we had a question we got quick responses and ...answers. Her fees were very reasonable and affordable. I would recomend Atty. Noll to anyone that needs an excellent lawyer, she is the best at what she does!!!! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for us!!!!

Heidi Noll, Esq.

I never really thought I'd need a lawyer but when the divorce dropped, Heidi was the first and last lawyer I called. Well read, available at all hours and always willing to go to bat for me. I even recommended her to my sister, who is now using her as well.

Super Expensive!!!!!

Heidi is a very good attorney. If you have deep pockets. But all about the money. If you did not have the money in escrow, she would not even speak with you or give you the time of day. Heidi's firm bills for everything you can imagine. Example; emails, phone calls, trips to court, Just to name a few.... Heidi cost me alot of money due to delay in filing my divorce. I do not reccomend. I went literally went bankrupt, and had to give up on my case due to her insane pay scale. She is very very over priced!!!! There are many good lawyers who will fight, just as good but with a less of price tag. Do your research.. But I must say. She is a great lawyer!!!!!

Every attorney has a Fee Agreement for services setting forth hourly rates for drafting pleadings, correspondence, emails, telephone calls and the like. Typical charges with any law firm. Our rates are set forth on page two of the Fee Agreement highlighted in yellow and therefore cannot be overlooked by a potential client. While I am glad that this anonymous client believes that I am a great lawyer (thank you!), I KNOW that I am at the lower prices in the Lehigh Valley area by both hourly rate and requested retainers. Our firm likes to get your case moving forward and therefore we do not require excessive retainers as some of the other law firms do. In any event, a client can, for ANY reason, terminate their relationship with their attorney - even if they believe that their attorney is "over priced." No need to go "bankrupt" due to legal fees that you cannot afford. However, this client is absolutely correct, please do your research. Just remember the old adage that often holds true, "you get what you pay for."

Only Sees Dollar Signs

I came to Attorney Noll because I had been told she is a "pitbull" in the court room. My custody case is very complicated and she required a $4,500.00 retainer for 1 single court date. She told me it was a trial when it was actually just a custody hearing. She promptly burned through my retainer with... busy work and sent me on my way when I did not have $2,000.00 more to give to her right away. If you have a lot of money to spend on your case she may be worth the fees but she didn't even step foot in a court room for me and it cost me $4,500.00. She was elusive about an email my husband's attorney never even replied to. While I was digging through my emails from Attorney Noll she saw to it that she would file an $800.00 motion to with drawl herself as my counsel a because my Pro Per Say paper work was not handed in by the dead line. She gives very long winded answers to questions because she knows she is $300.00 an hour. She is rude and demeaning and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Seeing as I just received an email from opposing counsel three days ago pertaining to this client’s rude and insulting emails that she was sending to her, I’m not surprised. While I am aggressive in the courtroom, in this case, we never got there. After taking this case, this client admitted herself for 30 days of inpatient treatment out of state for mental health issues. During her stay, we received telephone calls and emails from her. Her case manager was kind enough to scan and email an eight page letter from this client replete with dozens of questions pertaining to her custody case/divorce etc. Thereafter, several phone calls with our office were initiated and hosted by the facility at HER request with her case manager present in the room. As a result of these ongoing telephone calls and email communications, she demanded certain work be completed by our office, including, the drafting of pleadings and correspondence, as well as responding clearly, but succinctly to each of her inquiries via email. We did this. Our office utilizes hourly billing. Set forth within our fee agreement for representation is the cost for any work performed on your behalf, including telephone calls, emails, drafting of legal pleadings and correspondence etc. Upon receiving her itemized billing statement sometime in late December 2023, she actually admitted that, if she had known how quickly the money would go, she would not have communicated with us as often; nevertheless, she then was quick to ask if we would accept $4500 from her to continue representing her. For reasons that should be obvious now, my answer was “no," hence the review. As a word of caution, when using the services of an attorney, much like ordering from a menu, if you really don’t need or want certain items, don’t order them because the items that you do order will be reflected on your bill at the end of the meal; don't blame the restaurant.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I worked with Heidi on a custody appeal arising out of a divorce. The appeal had several complex procedural and factual issues arising out of a long and complicated case history. Heidi was able to make the case easy to understand for the appellate court and made concise and compelling arguments in the case, resulting in success on appeal (the case was affirmed on appeal). Heidi had also done a great job in the underlying divorce and custody case. She had to deal with an extremely litigious opponent and was able to deal with him forcefully, yet professionally. Heidi is now my go-to divorce and family attorney in the Allentown and Lehigh County area to refer cases to. I highly recommend her for divorce, custody and family law."
