I am compelled to write a review for Mr. Louth, consummate attorney, because of the extremely thorough and professional services I received from his office and from Mr. Louth directly. I liked him right away because he is confident, cerebral and very detailed. He met with me in person, numerous times..., and was able to listen to my needs and concerns. Above all, perhaps his best quality was his courage to take the issues straight on, even in a case where I was up against the wall. Other attorney's I met for my case, on the first impression, advised me to lay down, and just swallow a hard pill. Mr. Louth WORKED to find the solutions and was not afraid to call out the authorities on their inconsistencies. When I thought the case was over, Mr. Louth submitted a motion to correct the record, and improve the outcome of my inevitable penalties which were lessened thanks to the extra labor he put in on my behalf. Failed to communicate on all levels. I had no idea how bad it would get but "that's the system", and he works for "it", not for you. If you are innocent stay with a public defender as they will actually work out a deal that doesn't cost you everything. Be very careful as the system and everyone who works for it does not care about you they care about their paycheque.
