Divorce and Separation 100%

My family law practice emphasizes large financial and custody matters incident to divorce and paternity cases. I also assist clients seeking annulments. I have extensive trial experience although my unqualified preference is to resolve family law matters through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or collaborative law. I first received mediation training and certification in 1993 as a divorce mediator from CDR Associates in Boulder Co. and supplemental training in 2012 from CLE.

Zuber Family Law

I am a previous client of Richard Zuber. In spite of my divorce being a long, drawn out, and complicated case; Richard managed to get me a "better than expected" settlement with a very methodical approach. More importantly Richard's kept my teenage daughter's emotional needs a top priority. I would a...bsolutely recommend Richard Zuber to anyone in a complicated divorce situation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
