Biography
I operate under the principle that clients always come first. Whether helping an accident victim recover compensation in a car accident case, truck accident case or injuries from nursing home neglect, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to exhausting every available resource to help my clients get the money they deserve. At the firm, I focus my practice on auto accidents, truck accidents, personal injury cases and workers’ compensation law. My trial results speak for themselves with verdicts ranging from 3.7 million in a nursing home negligence case to a $770,000 verdict against a trucking compnay. Both case were featured on the news.
I have been selected by my peers as having an "AV" rating and as a Super Lawyer. I have also been recognized as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in Colorado.
I have served as a guest lecturer in a variety of seminars and has served on the Board of the American Trial Lawyers Association in the past. My other professional affiliations include the Workers’ Compensation Education Association and The American Association of Justice. I provide regular instruction for other lawyers regarding car accident cases and workers’’ compensation.
