First off, if it wasn't for Jordan Levine calling me personally to handle the situation, I might still be waiting for a check. Joran had the check special courior to my home after three weeks of a misplaced check. Thank you Jordan. I'm not sure if it was the size of the case, or if he was having a ...bad three months, but i wouldn't hire Patrick Barnes again. His communication with us was non-existent. I would initiate phone calls to find out where we were. The phone calls were once a week looking for information. Never received a return call just an email saying, he would call me, and.......nothing. Once the check was issued that's where the confusion began. The conflicting story's of where the check was, who shipped it, where did UPS delivered the check to, who had it, no tracking number, It became a mystery for almost three weeks. Patrick could only say he is not sure what happened, I'll have my paralegal call you. When I spoke with her Patrick had not filled her in on the situation. It became an absolute joke. As an attorney, Patrick has a lot to learn about how you treat people. The size of the case should not determine how someone is treated.

Patrick did a great job of keeping up with my overly complicated and drawn out workers comp. case. He dealt with my wife (who ask a lot of questions and handles almost all of our legal stuff by herself) and myself with great compassion and understanding. He was able to answer all questions with a gre...at deal of knowledge and professionalism. He was able to get me a settlement even when we had maxed out what the insurance company was liable for. I wish I would have hired him about a year and a half earlier instead of handling the case on our own. I highly recommend working with him and the rest of the team at Levine Law.
