I hired them. In the beginning they were great I was so glad I hired them, but then I met a rude jerk in there office. Worst attorney ever!! I complained and Jordan did address the issue. I thought that was great and I felt better. Then it just went worse. Their firm said I needed to wait they we...re working on my settlement offer. I understand things take time, but my credit went to crap because I couldn’t pay the medical bills. My car was totaled and that is showing on my credit because I was owed too much on it so it didn’t get paid off. Their attorneys were trying to get this matter resolved, but their negotiating skills are horrible for an attorney. They told me I would be a certain amount, which I was lied to and they back tracked and said a different amount. I did get an amount and they stated I would get more lately so I did settle thinking I was going to get a higher amount within a few weeks. It has been 4 weeks and I have left emails and voice messages and still have not received a call or email back. The last message I received was you will get 807 dollars because the dr has to get paid. One of the Dr Bills should not even be paid because i never received the treatment to get better and i paid out of my pocket to get this matter resolved. I even emailed and told that to the attorney. The attorney is supposed to negotiate on my account. I think the drs can get paid 75% in my book, they made money, the attorney made money and I’m stuck with little money, bad credit, and no car. The attorney is making great money on my small case, but I’m getting screwed. I have no car, my credit is shot and the parcel settlement I received is horrible. The attorney is getting more then I am in this settlement. The attorney was nice and they brought my parcel settlement to my home because I couldn’t drive, but they told my husband and myself we would get more and this was a parcel settlement because I was going through so much at this time that they wanted to help me with my finances. They said the other amount is being held in another account until the negotiating is done. I understand that but since my accident I had two mini strokes and some other medical issues not part of the accident and I didn’t need all the extra stress. I really thought hiring an attorney was the best thing to do, but it has NOT been the best experience. It’s sad that the attorney is making money on this and they don’t return phone calls or emails, isn’t that part of what they are getting paid to do? They promise a certain amount and is was a complete lie. I hate the commercials and billboards because my experience with this whole thing has been a nightmare. I just feel the attorney saw a way to make a quick amount of money and I’ve lost out in the long run. I get you can only get so much from the person that hit me, but I don’t get the fact the attorney and drs are benefiting more out of this situation then me. I can’t prove that my two mini strokes were causes by the stress of this, but I fell this case has contributed to it. I’m just shocked about the whole situation. I won’t hire them again if I ever get in another accident. I guess I honestly don’t understand how this works and in the long run I lost.

I dealt with Jordan almost exclusively until the end when I met Andrew Phillips. He was kind, professional and friendly, he left an impression on me. Hopefully you never are put in this position but if you are I highly recommend Levine law, their level of professionalism is unmatched.

When things didn't make sense and were over my head, he and his team took the time to break it down so I could understand. I met a handful of lawyers before meeting Jordan and always got that creepy feeling. The first time I met Jordan I immediately felt at ease and trusted him. Reading the other reviews about him on this site surprised me since my experience was the exact opposite.
