For the first time in my life I found myself in a legal bind. The case itself was bogus, and being charged was complete shock to me. I did go to court by myself only to find that I lack the knowledge to navigate the system. I was “generously” offered a 6 month supervised probation with a whole slew o...f time-consuming classes and evaluations. Worst of all, the case could affect my custody of my daughter.
