Passionate about her work and your case!

It was such a blessing to decide to employ Jill Jackson for my legal services. She really went above and beyond the scope of anything I could have hoped for. She genuinely cares about you and wants to see the best end-result for your case, with no judgement. She works very hard and it shows. Always o...n time, and extremely knowledgeable of the system. Her advice made the difference in my particular case. If you have the misfortune of finding yourself in need of a lawyer, I strongly recommend that you hire Jill Jackson. I can't say enough good things to demonstrate how grateful I am to have had her work with me!

A Happy Ending to a Terrifying Chapter!

Be prepared, this is going to be a review of a rather epic length - but it’s all important to know if you are worried, scared, or feeling like the world is coming to an end! The two or three months prior to my first meeting with Jill were potentially on the top 10 list of “The Most Ghastly Times i...n My Life.” I already felt like a complete wreck...and then I did something completely reckless, and got into trouble as a result, which exponentially worsened my plight. This reckless act could have very easily ruined my professional career - a career that I shed copious amounts of blood, sweat, and tears to make a reality. I felt paralyzed and didn’t even know where to start. I called a few other lawyers first (simply because their Avoo advertisements were lit up brighter than the Las Vegas skyline - I didn’t know that a lot of these guys pay top dollar for featured listings). They were very confident in themselves...but not so much in me. They seemed impatient, and practically laughed in my face when I asked what the likelihood was for my case getting dismissed. They did not seem interested in my main concern - my professional reputation. Then I decided to call Jill - and instantaneously was so relieved I did, because I felt a wave of relief wash over me. Her fee was higher than the others, which I was originally concerned about, and promptly told her so. She responded very reassuringly (unlike the other guys, who practically salivated while discussing the financials - gross); she’d work with me and wouldn’t leave me in the dust. She sounded sincere. That’s all it took for me to retain her. I had an appointment booked with her the next week, in the mid-afternoon. Poor Jill probably had no idea what hit her, but I proceeded to unleash a torrent of misery as I explained what had happened. It was almost 6 pm by the time I finally wrapped up my story. Throughout those two or three hours, Jill listened absolutely attentively and non-judgmentally. She regarded me with so much compassion that I fleetingly wondered if she’d been a different kind of counselor in a former life. But underneath that compassion and humor and grace is an other-worldly DRIVE. A stubbornness (a “won’t take no for an answer” type of stubbornness) that is absolutely crucial in an attorney, when your reputation is soon to be defended in front of a bunch of strangers - and you’re facing the possibility that your entire life is about to change. I showed up at court prepared for the worst. I felt smaller than a termite and just as helpless, while clouds of shame and regret swirled like a tornado over me. Jill, of course, was cool as a cucumber, and I imagine her fiercely determined presence was palpable in every nook and cranny of that court house. She hightailed it off to chat with the DA just before the judge entered; no more than three minutes passed before she returned, a satisfied smile on her face. “Okay, this is good,” she said. My inner dialogue sounded something like, “GOOD? How good? Do you mean sort of good, but sort of bad? Do you actually mean REALLY BAD?! Oh god, that’s what you mean, isn’t it?!” When she told me that the DA would completely dismiss my case if I did only a few hours of community service, I thought she was joking. How on earth could that deal have been reached in less than three minutes?! Was she a wizard?! (Short answer: yes. I am convinced.) I asked her to clarify what “dismissed” meant about six times. In rapid fashion, I did the appallingly simple things the DA had asked of me. Within 30 minutes of our return to court last week, Jill had conferred with the DA, my charge was completely dismissed, and the records were sealed. I can’t remember the last time I felt such an overwhelming gratitude. I wrote this review for Jill because I hope others can know what it’s like to truly be heard and respected by your attorney. I’ll definitely be keeping in touch with her. Thank you, THANK YOU, Jill :)

Absolutely a great attorney!

Ms. Jackson is 100% on top of the technical aspects and manages to be very personable and informative at the same time. In my case, the judge picked at every form, every notice, every submission, looking for a reason to deny our requests but it was all completely taken care of. If you want an att...orney that handles the little details as well as the big ones, communicates with you throughout the process, answers any question you have, and manages to really treat you like a person throughout the process you should hire Jill Jackson. You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend!

For the first time in my life I found myself in a legal bind. The case itself was bogus, and being charged was complete shock to me. I did go to court by myself only to find that I lack the knowledge to navigate the system. I was “generously” offered a 6 month supervised probation with a whole slew o...f time-consuming classes and evaluations. Worst of all, the case could affect my custody of my daughter. I did not qualify for assistance with legal representation. Jill was one of the few dozen lawyers on the list that the legal office hands out. Hiring her was based on her excellent and, as it turns out, well deserved reviews. I found Jill to be personable and understanding, very knowledgeable, organized and well liked by all court staff. She gave me sound recommendations and legal advice, and communicated with me frequently. Hiring her was the best decision I’ve made, as an extremely stressful desperate situation turned into something manageable with a clear end in sight. Jill got my case dismissed and the records sealed. I am forever grateful for her hard work and support during this stressful and confusing time. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for effective legal representation!

Best lawyer ever, most down to earth and fair.

Before hiring Jill I went and consulted with 8 lawyers, she blew them away with her attitude and ability to be human. She listened to the facts and then made her own judgement, what others didn’t. Along with being easy to talk to by keeping the human part intact, she is one in a million. Can’t go wro...ng with Jill, she is always on top of everything.
