Michelle refused to bring up KEY FACTS in my case that would of got my charges dismissed completely. She told me that regardless if I lost at trial I would not be taken into custody as I would get an appellate bond. Turns out- that was not true as when I lost at trial due to her not bringing up key f...acts and federal statutes that would of gotten my case dismissed completely- I was IMMEDIATELY taken into custody and was incarcerated for the next 10 months while I lost EVERYTHING I OWNED due to not getting things in order before my court date like I specifically asked her if I should and was told it would be fine as I wouldn't be taken into custody. - 4700sq ft House on 2 acres, 2 cars, motorcycle, 4 dogs, clothes, furniture- EVERYTHING GONE! She did say "Sorry" as I was being cuffed in the courtroom so that was nice of her- can't use "Sorry" as a blanket or to keep the snow off your head though now that I'm out in the middle of winter with nothing but the clothes on my back.
