I'm someone who, through the years, has had nothing but negative experiences with lawyers and the system. I was skeptical going in to get help with my legal issues. However...what a great experience! From the first time I met Kama, Sam, and Charmain, I felt I had hit the lottery! They made me fee...l so comfortable and at home...like a part of their family. I hired Mr. Afifi after I had a court case final custody hearing in December and the prior attorney left ALOT of things undone. I was hoping that my ex and I could co-parent post the hearing, I was wrong! I really appreciated ALL the hard work and support he provided to me. He quickly realized ...I was a wonderful mom, who loves my son and keeps his best interest in mind. He also quickly realized the toll it was taking on me and my son while we were being harassed by my ex's "team" (ex's attorney, ex and his gf). He quickly understood how these last 3 years have been totally draining on us and have really worn us down. It is so comforting for us knowing that I had FINALLY found an attorney that has our back and will fight for us. He also could see everything I was trying to convey over the last three years that had fallen on deaf ears. He had a battle that was less than easy at times but he was able to do what no-one else was able to do and stop the harassment from the ex's team. He assisted me with over coming unfair treatment, judgement made by others. Through his hard work and dedication we now obtained a PC which is what I originally wanted back in December with the other attorney, the ex fought that. This law firm is one that I would highly recommend, I wish I would have hired him originally when my ex decided to not be part of my son's life for the first half of his life! Mr. Afifi and Kama are VERY detail orientated and go above and beyond for those they represent. I feel they actually care about their clients and it's not just a pay check. Lastly, I feel regardless the future....I now have someone I can trust and a friend for life.

I had searched for a family law attorney. After speaking with a few different firms, I was lucky to come across Sameh Afifi. He really listened to me, and my concerns. From that first phone consultation I knew he was the attorney for me. I hired Sam to take our case. I couldn't have asked for a bett...er outcome. My case was a bit complicated as I'm a grandparent seeking full parental responsibility of my grandchildren. Sam did a terrific job! If you are in need of a family law attorney, I'd recomend Sam.
