Brandon Marinoff

I've worked with attorneys before, and Brandon Marinoff operates on a different level. Two things stood out to me. The first is availability. He stays busy, but I never felt like I was at the back of the line. When I needed him, he was there. Not a callback three days later from an assistant. Actu...al access to my attorney when it counted. The second thing matters even more. He does not back down when the pressure mounts. I've watched other high profile attorneys talk a huge game and act tough in the early meetings, then fold like a lawn chair and disappear right when it mattered most. Brandon is the opposite. The harder things got, the steadier and sharper he got. He was straight with me the whole time too, including when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. There's something else I picked up on that I didn't expect. Brandon is respected in that courtroom by everybody in it. Not just his own side of the table, but opposing counsel and the bench too. When he speaks, people actually listen. That kind of credibility takes decades to build and you cannot fake it, and it matters far more than most people realize when your name is the one on the docket. Being available and having a spine are both rare. Finding both in one attorney is almost unheard of. Add the respect he's earned in that building and it's a combination I don't expect to find again. If you're trying to decide who to trust with something important, put Brandon at the top of your list. I would work with him again without thinking twice about it. I'm not just impressed.
