I was fighting multiple felonies 4 in one county and 3 in another county. I was facing up to 6 years in prison. I was facing felony assault charges in which I was defending myself. It came down to my word against another man. I had never been charged with a felony however I had my share of fights as a young adult and my background did not help. I was facing 5 years in prison as a plea deal for about a year ...and a half. For over a year I was in the fight of my life trying to prove that I was defending myself. Even while in the county jail Brandon was relentless assisting me with entering reconsiderations to the Judge with the intent of getting me released early from my short time in the county jail. Again, I found myself facing felony assault charges years later in which I was completely innocent. Brandon assisted me with finding a bondsman to bond me out on a $100,000 bond with no immediate family in Colorado which was a huge relief to be able to fight the case free and not in jail while awaiting trial. Brandon after less than a years' time was able to have the entire case dismissed completely. He is the only attorney my family and I trust when our lives are on the line. Brandon and Steve are men of their word to say the least. They actually work and fight for you to the end. I have never met more honest and hard-working attorneys.
