Brandon Marinoff

I was facing felony assault charges in which I was defending myself. It came down to my word against another man. I had never been charged with a felony however I had my share of fights as a young adult and my background did not help. I was facing 5 years in prison as a plea deal for about a year ...and a half. I hired two very highly known attorneys one of which is on the first page of criminal defense lawyers on this site and highly rated on most websites I will not give their names. For over a year I was in the fight of my life trying to prove that I was defending myself. I was not willing to take a plea deal of 5 years in prison and that is the only option I was offered with two different hired attorneys. Then I was referred to Steve Baca and Brandon Marinoff. Brandon did not guarantee anything however he did tell me that I had a case and there was work to be done in order to save me from doing so much time in which I had not been to jail for more than a couple of days not to mention 5 years in prison. They hired a private investigator to show who the alleged victim was as well as had me take a lie detector test simply to show my character and prove the prosecutors at the time wrong. They did a lot more than the previous attorneys did. In less than 3 months Brandon called me and let me know the new offer was a few months in county jail, no longer would I be facing prison time! Brandon and his team saved me they helped my family as a whole. Even while in the county jail Brandon was relentless assisting me with entering reconsiderations to the Judge with the intent of getting me released early from my short time in the county jail. He remained in contact with me throughout my short time in jail which I did not expect of him. Thank you, Brandon and Steve, you did more than what was expected. Thank you for fighting my case and not just showing up to court as most attorneys in my experience have done. I have hired Brandon and Steve for multiple cases since. Again, I found myself facing felony assault charges years later in which I was completely innocent. Brandon assisted me with finding a bondsman to bond me out on a $100,000 bond with no immediate family in Colorado which was a huge relief to be able to fight the case free and not in jail while awaiting trial. Brandon after less than a years' time was able to have the entire case dismissed completely. He is the only attorney my family and I trust when our lives are on the line. Brandon and Steve are men of their word to say the least. They actually work and fight for you to the end. I have never met more honest and hard-working attorneys. Since meeting and hiring them in 2009 my family and friends have not hired any other attorney. Okay let me tell you about Marinoff and Associates. They are hands down the most professional and personal people I have ever dealt with truly. I’ve had close to maybeeee 15 lawyers and Brandon is the best bar none. He walks into court and just takes over the court room and has side talks with judges... and DAs he is truly remarkable to see at his craft. He’s an ex prosecutor so he won’t be scared to go to trial! I was pretty much de looking at ten years and he got me a petty offense. He also has helped me with the custody of my kids! He is worth every penny and all the bad reviews are probably from people who are not intelligent and obviously guilty. I had 4 witness against me and he still got me off. Truly if you don’t pay him to defend you you’re not smart t I’ve used all the law firms in boulder like “bagley” and all they do is hand you some bad lawyer out of law school who can’t win a case cause and has never had the chance to and you never speak to bagley again lmao! Go to Brandon! He will do things you thought couldn’t think could be done. Truly I look up to him in a way he’s a straight shooter and tells the truth and the only mistake I ever made with him was not believing everything he told me! Truly! Brandon makes me feel rich cause I call him and all my problems are solved pay him wtvr he tells you I promise your good!

I had hired mr Brandon several years ago,mr Brandon is not a honest attorney he lied to us and did not do nothing he was hired to represent someone in an immigration situation did not do he's job well he lied when we confronted him he had nothing to say he told us that he was working on the case that... immigration wouldn't allow him to see the client when enrealty the client was all ready been deported i highly don't recommend mr Brandon as an immigration lawyer I would not use him ever again
