My shortened account is that I was arrested for DUI and promptly hired an attorney with a very impressive and informative website with seemingly reasonable rates. It didn't take long to realize that this attorney was only interested in making a plea deal with the D.A. even though I made it clear up f...ront that I planned to fight the charge. Fearing that I might not be able to afford an attorney that would actually work aggressively for my interests, I decided to fire this lazy attorney and fight the case myself. In hindsight, I really advise against this. I lost and was found guilty. This man shows true attention to details, very professional and handled all of the necessary paperwork required. He let me know what to expect and when and where to report with ample time to prepare. Mr. Bettenberg minimized negative actions in my case and was results driven. He didn't set unreasona...ble expectations, but did better than what I expected. He was recommended by a friend that had a great outcome of his situation so I decided to meet him. He even met me on a Sunday when I needed him to do so. I would call him again if the need arises in the future. Pricing was very reasonable.

I have spent the last year dealing with numerous charges that Mr. Bettenberg has helped thwart. I found him to be thorough in his research and very prepared to deal with the opposition.
