Robert T Bettenberg

I have spent the last year dealing with numerous charges that Mr. Bettenberg has helped thwart. I found him to be thorough in his research and very prepared to deal with the opposition. He is fluent with the court system and judicial jargon that comes with it. He was adamant in educating me (the c...lient) in all of the possible scenarios---good or bad, but honest without reserve. I found this extremely helpful as many tough decisions were required along the way. In court, he was relentless with questioning and / or cross examination , ultimately proving lack of evidence or bogus testimony delivered by the opposition. He was so prepared in court, the DA struggled all day, searching for the next move. The officer's testimony in my case was impeached by Mr. Bettenberg's cross examination. I was treated with honesty and fairness through the entire process with Mr. Bettenberg . After the court process was complete, Mr, Bettenberg was very helpful providing guidance in tying up all of the loose end paperwork that comes with the court processes. This guy is GOOD.
